DIAL 911 AND CONTACT LAW ENFORCEMENT IMMEDIATELY
Anthony Green has not been seen since 6/23/2016 when he left his residence in the area of Southern Ave./Center St. in Mesa on foot. He may be wearing a lime green shirt and black shorts. He could possibly be in the area of Scottsdale Rd./Shea in Scottsdale as he is familiar with that area.
He has a history of attempting suicide by walking into traffic and his behavior may be erratic/violent. He is epileptic and has frequent seizures. He is also mentally impaired.
