Ryan Patrick Carr, DOB: 12-20-1980, W/M, 6'1, 175 LBS, BRN/BLU is currently the subject of an active Felony Arrest Warrant. Carr was indicted for his participation in a June 22, 2016 Armed Robbery/Shooting that occurred at a Smoke Shop in Peoria. Carr has subsequently been identified as a suspect in several additional armed robberies in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Carr is known to frequent hotels on the Black Canyon Highway Corridor in Phoenix. Carr should be considered armed and dangerous
