Missing endangered adult Benjamin Ortega was last seen walking away from an adult group home located in the area of 2000 East Brown Rd today at around 1030hrs. He has not been seen or heard from since. His court appointed guardian is concerned for his welfare since he suffers from Schizoaffective Disorder and has a history of suicide attempts. Benjamin has not been taking his medications to regulate his mental health. He is believed to be on foot in the Mesa area. Contact Mesa PD with any information regarding this investigation.
