DIAL 911 AND CONTACT LAW ENFORCEMENT IMMEDIATELY
On 11/06/18 at approximately 8:30 P.M., Le Roye Olson was last seen driving a black, 2008, Cadillac, Escalade, with a handicap Arizona license plate number JCV37 east bound on 33rd Avenue and Thunderbird Road, Phoenix, Arizona. Le Roye is partially blind and he has onset dementia.
