DIAL 911 AND CONTACT LAW ENFORCEMENT IMMEDIATELY
Missing Endangered Adult, Oscar Alvarez was last seen at Pioneer Park on 11/27/2018. Oscar left on foot and was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt with white writing on the front, tan khaki pants and grey shorts. Oscar's hair is short and wavy, he has a scruffy beard, a growth on left cheekbone and a tattoo on his right forearm that says "Ashley". Oscar is schizophrenic and is a court ordered resident of a group home. If located Oscar needs to be returned to his group home at 1829 N. 2nd St, Mesa.
