Joseph was last seen on 5/16/2020 at 0700 hours in the area of Crismon/Baseline in Mesa. He left his residence in his gray 2014 Jeep Patriot with AZ plates BLV6470 to go on a hike around Usary Park. He posted on Facebook at 1000 hours, he was going to start a 7 mile hike. He has not been seen or heard from since and his family is concerned for his welfare.
