Ezmeralda Tineo was last seen at 2030hrs in the area of 1800 South 39th St in Mesa on 9-17-20. She was taken from the location by her biological father Esau Tineo who does not have any custodial rights to the child. They left the area in an older gray Chevy Tahoe with an unknown license plate. Both subjects have not been seen or heard from since. Family is concerned for Ezmeralda's safety due to her father's recent erratic behavior.
