On Wednesday 22 September 2021 at approximately 12:00pm Jacob left his residence in the area of West Lynne Lane between South 11th Avenue and South 7th Avenue.
He is possibly wearing an unknown color t-shirt, unknown color basketball shorts, black shoes and socks.
Jacob may get lost easily and family is concerned for his welfare.
