Missing adult David Powell was last seen on 3-3-22 at 1800hrs in the area of Center and Brown Rds in Mesa. He left the area on foot or possibly via an Uber/Lyft. He has not been seen or heard from since. Family is concerned for his welfare since he has been exhibiting signs of early onset Dementia.
