The Tempe Police Department is investigating a possible Homicide of a female who is possibly Native American or Hispanic.  The victim is approximately 17-25 years of age, 5’3” to 5’6”, 130-150 pounds and has short brown hair.  This victim had braces on her teeth, as well as turquoise stud earrings as a small diamond stud nose ring in her right nostril. She had no tattoos and had no clothing on when she was located.   It does not appear that she died where she was located.
