Ivan Rodriguez is wanted in the attempt murder of his wife by pouring gasoline on her and using a blow torch to set her on fire. He is driving a Black Volkswagon Golf displaying Arizona license plate AWB9669. Ivan will have burns on his forearms, he has ties to Mexico.
