Hugo Dittfach was last seen around 1615 hours in the area of Power and Eagle Crest Drive in Mesa when he left to take a short walk. Hugo had brain surgery 4 weeks ago and is visiting his son. Hugo is not familiar with the area and walks slow due to a back injury. His family is very concerned for his welfare.
