Farrel Lester was last seen in the area of Thomas and Recker in Mesa on 07/02/16. Farrel spoke with his sister around 1045 hours and has not been seen or heard from since. Farrel is known to walk in the desert area behind the fire station "to make the pain go away". Farrel can become confused but knows his name. Farrel is afraid of the police.
