DIAL 911 AND CONTACT LAW ENFORCEMENT IMMEDIATELY
Missing Endangered Adult Brian Richmond was last seen at Banner Desert Hospital at 1400 S. Dobson Rd. in Mesa, AZ on 8/12/2017. He has mental health issues that require medications. He does not have those medications with him and may become violent without them. He is from the Tucson area and may return there.
