On 12/29/17 at 11:00 A.M. 80 year old Don Arthur was last seen in the area of North 27th Avenue and West Indian School Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
Don walks with a cane and suffers from a medical condition that may cause him to appear confused or disoriented.
He is 5'08", 160, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt, blue jeans, black tennis shoes, and black-framed eyeglasses.
