Raul Lujan Vega was last seen in the ara of South 24th Street and East Southern Avenue on 02/08/2019 at approximately 4:30 P.M. driving his 2001 Silver Saturn four door sedab bearing Arizona license plate of 717GGW. Per Rual's family he may appear disoriented and confused when contacted.
