NOTICE: ADC has a Parole absconder who recently let his GPS device go uncharged and died on 5-2-13 around 5:00am. He is known to frequent the 27th Ave. and Camelback area in Phoenix. He has some mental health issues and has high potential for violence. He speaks limited English and was born in Africa.
