DIAL 911 AND CONTACT LAW ENFORCEMENT IMMEDIATELY
Mr. Vicena left some suicidal statements on social media and left a note and money asking for his mother to be taken care of. Friends are concerned that he has been depressed recently. He has no known weapons.
