Missing juvenile Curtis Habeel was last seen in the area of 7300 East Brown Rd today in the early afternoon. He has not been seen or heard from since. Curtis suffers from ADHD, defiance disorder and various other learning disabilities. Family feels he has the mental capacity of a twelve year old and are concerned for his welfare. He is on foot and known to hang out near various parks in the area. Contact Mesa PD with any information related to this investigation.
