Robert Earl Waller is 78 years of age and suffers from Dementia.  Robert was last seen on 4/11/20 at 2:30 pm and walked away from his home near 67th Ave/Butler.  Robert has a catheter bag on his leg and requires medical attention.

Robert is wearing a white jacket with, "USA" on the back in red, white and blue stitching.
