On Monday 08 June 2020 sometime between the hours of 4:00am and 7:00am Thomas left his residence on foot in the area of North 3rd Avenue and West Bell Road.
He was last seen wearing a green camouflage long sleeve shirt, blue jeans and green camouflage vans shoes.
He suffers from a medical condition which may cause him to become disoriented and gets lost easily.
