On Monday 15 June 2020 at approximately 12:30pm Michael walked away from care facility in area of North 3rd Drive and West Watkins Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
He was last seen wearing a blue polo shirt with white sleeves, baggy light blue jeans and shiny black dress shoes.
Michael suffered a medical event recently which may cause him to be disoriented and gets lost easily.
