Missing endangered adult Carl Naegeli was last seen today in the area of Center and Brown Rds in Mesa at 1430hrs. He left the area driving a champagne colored 2014 Chevy Traverse with an "In God We Trust" specialized plate #AZN8IV. Family is concerned for his welfare since he has been diagnosed with Dementia. He may be in the Scottsdale area currently per a recent financial transaction that was made.
