Luis Ivon Castillo (25) is a hispanic male 5'5", 150 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray polo shirt, blue denim shorts and white tennis shoes. He has shaggy hair and a moustache.

Luis was last seen on foot in the area of 7500 East Keats Ave in Mesa. He has not been seen or heard from since. Luis is diagnosed as having mild retardation and takes daily meds to regulate his behavior. He has a history of suicidal threats and has been court ordered to remain at the Keats group home for adults. He is on foot and believed to be heading to the Phoenix area where several of his relatives reside.
