Tracey Pacheco (33) is a white female 5'7, 90lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. Her last clothing description is unknown at this time and she has several scars on her left arm. Tracey was last seen on foot in the area of Country Club and 1st Street in Mesa. She is homeless and has been diagnosed as bipolar. Her family also states that she suffers from psychosis and is prone to hallucinate when off of her meds. Tracey is believed to be without her meds and possibly has not taken them for the past several months. Her family is concerned for her welfare due to her history of severe mental illness. She is on foot and possibly traveling with a Native American male subject named Vernon Lewis. If located contact the Centro Esperanza Clinic or the UPC for a behavioral health evaluation. |
