Charles Brinton (65) is a white male 5'7, 150lbs, with a balding head with slight gray hair along the sides and back of his head. He has hazel eyes and a white beard. He has a pronounced belly and walks slow with a slight limp.

Charles was last seen on foot in the area of Val Vista and Baseline Rds in the Dana Park shopping center at around 1900hrs on 9-26-2014. He has not been seen or heard from since. Charles is a diagnosed schizophrenic who is without his medication. When off of his medication for an extended  period of time he may become emotionally unstable and could become a threat to himself. He is believed to be on foot in the areas of Mesa or Gilbert.
