DATE MISSING:  12/02/14 at 9:00AM

NARRATIVE:   On 12/02/14, Juan left his residence on foot in the area of 67th Ave and McDowell.  He made comments to his family that he was headed to Mexico. His family states that he has had some recent memory loss.  If located, please  contact the Phoenix Police Department.
