On 10/9/15 at approximately 8:00 A.M. Alexander Armando Gutierrez was last seen in the area of North 35th Avenue and West Thomas Road in Phoenix, Arizona. Alexander is Autistic and has a diminished capacity which might make it difficult for him to communicate.
