Justin Johnston was last seen on foot around 1900 hours on 02/01/2016 in the area of Baseline and Country Club in Mesa.  Justin recently moved to Mesa and is not familiar with the area.  Justin is social, but does not like to be touched.  He may have his roll away back pack with him.  His family is very concerned for his welfare.
